You must be 18 or over to get tattoo and must have valid Photo ID. No exceptions.
Appointments must be made in person only. Please bring ¥4,000 for a deposit.
For rescheduling or cancellation, Please call during work hours the day prior to the appointment.
If you are unable to contact us in time, We will not be able to refund your deposit. No exceptions.
¥10,000 Non-refundable deposit if we need to make a custom drawing.

年齢が判る写真付きの身分証明書 (免許証・パスポート等 ) をご用意下さい。
暴力団・または関係者、およびそれに類似されると思われる方の施術もお断りさせていただきます。
予約、料金等の問い合わせは電話では受け付けておりませんので直接お店の方にご来店下さい。その際、予約金 ¥4,000 が必要となります。
予約、又はデザインの変更、取り消しは前日の営業時間までにご連絡下さい。
ご連絡頂けなかった場合、予約時にお預かり致しました予約金は、 ご返金することが出来ませんので予めご了承下さい。
デザインをカスタムでオーダーする場合、内金 ¥10,000 が必要となります。
尚、こちらの内金 ¥10,000 はご返金致しかねますのでご了承下さい。
